To enjoy our online chat consultation your pet must be previously registered with us. After completing the chat consultation we will send you a report with a summary of our recommendations.

The online chat consultation service costs GBP 20 and last up to 30 min. Payment is made by card through our secure payment gateway with stripe.com.
